Sin ir m\u00e1s lejos en el acto de amamantar se vislumbra un mont\u00f3n de conductas entre madre y beb\u00e9 que no son estrictamente alimentarias (miradas, caricias, etc.) Empezamos as\u00ed a vincular con la comida los olores, las im\u00e1genes y las costumbres que rodean el acto de comer. Es un h\u00e1bito vinculado a lo ambiental, al amor, al agasajo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Los aromas, el encuentro en familia y la preparaci\u00f3n de los alimentos tiene un alto componente emocional.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>El acto de comer puede estar te\u00f1ido de recuerdos tanto agradables como desagradables. Por ejemplo, si el ambiente familiar en tu historia a la hora de comer era tranquilo o no, si hab\u00edan discusiones o si era placentero. La alimentaci\u00f3n no es solo la ingesta de comida, todos estos factores influyen directamente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>\u00bfAlguna vez has escuchado que &#8220;somos lo que comemos&#8221;?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Yo agregar\u00eda somos lo que comemos, c\u00f3mo lo comemos, d\u00f3nde lo comemos, cuando lo comemos y hasta con qui\u00e9n lo comemos&#8230;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Y como siempre digo, este art\u00edculo te va a ayudar a ver la alimentaci\u00f3n de un modo m\u00e1s integral, pero si sientes que tienes problemas en esta conducta b\u00e1sica, es hora de que consultes con tu terapeuta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es alimentarse sanamente?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Podemos definirlo como el proceso por el cual nuestro cuerpo integra los nutrientes esenciales que le van a ayudar a mantenerse con energ\u00eda para funcionar sanamente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Una alimentaci\u00f3n completa ser\u00eda:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Respetar las cuatro comidas diarias (m\u00e1s las colaciones).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Incluir porciones moderadas.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Consumir frutas y verduras diariamente.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Incluir cereales, semillas y frutas secas.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Consumir carnes rojas y blancas sin excederte.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Poner un l\u00edmite al consumo de sal, az\u00facar y alcohol.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Comer no es lo mismo que alimentarse. Podemos comer cualquier cosa, de cualquier forma y en cualquier horario, pero no significa que nos haga bien.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo y d\u00f3nde comemos?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Es sumamente importante el ambiente que rodea el acto de la alimentarte.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Elecci\u00f3n de los alimentos, preparaci\u00f3n, temperatura, presentaci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ambiente tranquilo, alegre, c\u00f3modo, agradable.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Comer en la mesa.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>No celular, no televisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Oler, masticar, degustar el alimento.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Si comes en un lugar inc\u00f3modo, parado, no masticas o la comida no est\u00e1 en condiciones, \u00bfc\u00f3mo crees que lo vas a asimilar?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comemos?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00bfRecuerdas que cuando <a href=\"https:\/\/ivonneblanc.com\/la-importancia-del-buen-dormir\/\"><strong>hablamos de sue\u00f1o<\/strong><\/a> mencionamos un reloj interno que nos regula? Pues bien, la alimentaci\u00f3n no es la excepci\u00f3n. No es lo mismo desayunar a las 8:00 que a las 11:00.
