Ya que es esencial para reponer energ\u00edas y para que tu metabolismo funcione correctamente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo tanto, el descanso es sumamente necesario para mantener tu cuerpo y cerebro saludables.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es importante tener en cuenta que los horarios en los cuales se realiza son fundamentales.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acu\u00e9state lo m\u00e1s temprano que puedas (aprox. a las 22:00 hs.) y lev\u00e1ntate temprano.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Claro est\u00e1 que comer no necesariamente es alimentarse<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respeta las cuatro comidas y haz colaciones entre medio de ellas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buen desayuno (cereales, l\u00e1cteos, frutas, etc.) un almuerzo \u201cmoderado\u201d (donde no deber\u00eda faltar las verduras y las frutas) una merienda \u201cliviana\u201d (leche, frutas, cereales) y una cena \u201caceptable\u201d (frutas, verduras) es lo que te recomiendo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las colaciones ayudan a mantener tu nivel de energ\u00eda, reduce la sensaci\u00f3n de apetito y contribuye a regular la ingesta de comida en el almuerzo, la merienda y la cena. Es m\u00e1s, presta atenci\u00f3n a la sensaci\u00f3n de hambre dado que nos avisa sobre una baja de energ\u00eda en nuestro cerebro, en respuesta a la disminuci\u00f3n de glucosa o grasa, encargada (entre otros factores) de mantener nuestro equilibrio.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Asimismo ess necesario moverse<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de que el movimiento forma parte del ser humano esencialmente (nuestra evoluci\u00f3n as\u00ed lo demuestra) llevar a cabo alguna actividad f\u00edsica regular que te agrade genera endorfinas y aumenta el nivel de serotonina en tu organismo, sustancias que (entre otras) ayudan por un lado, a experimentar la sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar y por otro, a amortiguar los efectos del stress.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ivonneblanc.com\/ivonne-blanc-psicologa-en-montevideo\/salud-y-sexualidad\/\"><strong>La importancia de la sexualidad<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una sexualidad en donde predomine el disfrute, la espontaneidad, el conocimiento de ti mismo y del otro. Esto funciona como amortiguador y como generador de bienestar. Aumentan las sustancias vinculadas al placer, las endorfinas, oxitocina, etc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sexualidad forma parte de una de las necesidades humanas m\u00e1s importantes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Como ves, es muy importante descansar, alimentarse y moverse.<\/strong> \u00bfQu\u00e9 esperas para empezar?
